Businesses may be charged posting fees, hiring fees, transaction fees, or convenience fees (shown before they post). Workers may be charged platform fees (typically 5–10%, shown before they accept a shift). All fees are deducted transparently before final settlement. TempX doesn’t take any share of the hourly wage — only the platform fee.

Repeated no-shows result in reduced visibility, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. The system tracks attendance automatically. If a worker is a no-show, it’s documented, and the employer isn’t charged.

TempX handles all payment collection from businesses. If a business fails to pay TempX, TempX still pays the worker — we guarantee it. The worker never depends on an individual employer’s payment status.

No. If users attempt to circumvent TempX to avoid fees after connecting through the platform, both parties risk account suspension and penalties. This protects the ecosystem and ensures fair participation.

GPS/OTP check-in timestamps are locked in the system. If an employer claims a worker left early, the system has the exact check-out time. Disputes are rare because verification is automatic and undeniable.

Workers can report unsafe conditions, harassment, or illegal activities directly to TempX support. All complaints are taken seriously. Reported employers are investigated, and repeat violators are removed from the platform. Worker safety is non-negotiable.

TempX is a technology platform, not an employer or staffing agency. We facilitate the connection and provide the infrastructure. Businesses and workers engage with each other at their own risk, though we verify participants and handle all payments to protect both sides.

Attendance logs are backed up. Even if the app crashes, the system has already recorded the check-in and shift duration. Workers are protected — their time is documented regardless of technical issues.
